As the owner of RMG Property Maintenance, Reece is at the heart of the hands-on work we do. From general maintenance and repairs to larger projects, he takes pride in delivering a high-quality finish and making sure every job is completed properly.
RMG was started with the goal of building something of our own and creating the best possible future for our daughter. What began as a small family-run business has grown through hard work, word of mouth and a genuine passion for helping our customers.
When he’s not working, Reece can usually be found working on one of his project cars — with a particular love for classic cars. Outside of that, he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and making the most of the time together.
Megan
Office & Customer Relations & owner
Megan is the friendly face behind the scenes at RMG Property Maintenance, looking after everything from customer communications and enquiries to administration, marketing and keeping the day-to-day running of the business organised.
Outside of RMG, Megan loves nothing more than spending time with her family and making the most of every moment as a mum. When she gets a little time to herself, she enjoys being going for long walks with her two dogs and exploring her creative side and getting stuck into her art.
She’s passionate about making sure our customers feel listened to, looked after and kept in the loop from the first enquiry right through to the completion of a job.
Leo

Leo is a practical, hands-on member of the RMG team and is happiest when he has a job to get stuck into. He enjoys working with his hands, figuring out how to fix things and finding practical solutions to different challenges. Whether it’s maintenance, repairs, improvements or a DIY project, Leo takes pride in doing things properly and seeing a job come together.
Outside of work, Leo is all about his family. He loves spending time together, making memories and enjoying the simple things in life. He’s also always got a DIY project or something to work on at home, so it’s safe to say he doesn’t sit still for long!
When he does get the chance to relax, Leo enjoys switching off and spending time with the people closest to him. For him, there’s nowhere better to be than at home with his family.

Cerys is a big part in the marketing and social media side of RMG Property Maintenance, helping to showcase the work we do, keep customers up to date and bring the personality behind the business to life.
If Cerys had to describe herself, she’d say she’s happiest when she’s surrounded by the people and things she loves. Her baby girl is her favourite part of life, and being a mum is something she’s incredibly proud of. Cerys is also a huge animal lover, with a particular soft spot for dogs. She especially enjoys dog training and getting out for long walks, making the most of time spent outdoors with her four-legged friends.
She helps bring the friendly, creative and personal approach to RMG, helping make sure our social media reflects not just the work we do, but the people behind it.
